Collection and use of personal information
When you engage in certain activities on this site, such as requesting free trials or downloading whitepapers, Messageware may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form.  It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities.  If you elect to engage in these activities, however, Messageware may ask that you provide us with personal information, such as your first and last name and corporate contact information (including your company name, corporate address including zip code, e-mail address, job title, and telephone number).  Depending upon the activity, some of the information that we ask you to provide is identified as mandatory and some as voluntary.  If you do not provide the mandatory data with respect to a particular activity, you will not be able to engage in that activity.  By entering your details in the fields requested, you enable Messageware to provide you with the services you select.   The information that you provide is also used as part of our effort to keep you informed about product upgrades, special offers, and other products and services of Messageware via newsletters and other correspondences.  Messageware recognizes and appreciates the importance of the responsible use of information collected on this site. You may opt out of a third party vendor’s use of cookies by visiting their website or configuring your browser settings accordingly.  Our web servers may receive and record the Internet Protocol (IP) addresses of the computers that have contacted our Web site.  We do not correlate these addresses to the identity of the individuals visiting our site.
