In Microsoft’s recent Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT), 100% of Messageware’s customers expressed high levels of satisfaction with the company. CSAT is the benchmarking tool used by Microsoft for customer experience across all Microsoft products. CSAT participation is mandatory for all Microsoft Gold Certified partners and the benchmark is set by all Microsoft partners in Canada. Messageware has been a Microsoft Gold Partner for over a decade, having earned five competencies in Messaging, Security, ISV/Software, Networking Infrastructure and Mobility Solutions.
