Messageware TakeNote

Powerful note-taking for Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Web.

Messageware TakeNote offers an easy to use note-taking app for use from within Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Web App. For all the times where you would otherwise reach for a notepad and paper, or leave an idea on a sticky note attached to your desk, TakeNote is a great alternative.

The notes you log with TakeNote follow you around wherever you access your email from, be Outlook, OWA, or Office 365, and you don’t have to worry about losing them like you would a piece of paper. All of your notes are confidentially stored within your mailbox and not on our servers, meaning they are not visible to anyone other than yourself.
