The Early Days

Messageware’s story began in 1993. Our founder and CEO, Mark Rotman, foresaw the potential of the enterprise messaging industry. Mark started out consulting, and offering custom software development to businesses. In its early stages, the company’s focus was helping companies deploy early LAN email systems such as Microsoft Mail and Lotus cc:Mail. By the year 2000, Messageware pivoted to the launch of the first Outlook Web client, and the enhanced Microsoft Exchange Server. As Messageware’s success grew, so did our team of experts. Soon, we began building our own software products and combining commercial software and custom solutions.

Becoming an Industry Leader

Messageware continued to release horizontal solutions that cross all verticals: Finance/Banking, Healthcare/Pharma, Insurance, Government, Tech, Resources/Oil & Gas, Retail, and Professional/Legal. Through years of dedicated expertise in cybersecurity and server customization, Messageware became the leading provider of Microsoft Exchange Security and Office 356 security, productivity, and customization solutions.

Fast forward three decades, Messageware currently offers 12 products, and has served 2500+ customers in 55 countries worldwide! Our flagship products, Messageware Exchange Protocol Guard (EPG), and Messageware AttachView are both advanced security solutions for Microsoft Exchange Servers.

A Bright Future Ahead

As Messageware enters its fourth decade, the future looks bright. Our brand-new server security solution, Messageware Z-Day Guard, is on its way soon. Z-Day protects Microsoft Exchange servers against zero day attacks by detecting changes to the environment that indicate the dropping of Command and Control (C&C) web shells. Keep an eye out for its release in the coming weeks!

Messageware’s 30th anniversary is not just a milestone but a testament to the company’s enduring commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. Our talented team of experts remains dedicated to providing best-in-industry software to our clientele.

Happy anniversary, Messageware! Here’s to the next 30 years of excellence.
