It’s December, and there is plenty of good news…

Microsoft has not released any December Exchange Server CUs or SUs, Messageware Exchange Server Guard now secures more Exchange Servers than ever, and the holiday season is upon us!

But while everything feels a little more upbeat this week, the second half of 2021 was undoubtedly challenging, with Microsoft Exchange Servers targeted and patched many times over.

It’s with this in mind that I want to share with you what we’re doing to keep your Exchange servers secure:

Messageware 2021 Wrap-up:

Throughout 2021 we have focused on two critical security solutions:

1To secure all Exchange Server services, including ActiveSync, Autodiscover, EWS, Outlook, and OWA, from logon attacks that continue to overload systems, locked-out users, and infiltrate vulnerable accounts.

2Enable Microsoft 365 to integrate “Outlook On The Web (OWA)” with windows desktops, imaged workstations, and Citrix sessions. With full Edge-browser support, users can have OWA as their Default Mail Client enabling applications and web pages to attach and send files. And, users regain Outlook-like features such as appointment reminders, mail notifications, and one-click message creation.

Messageware 2022:

In a sneak peek at 2022, Messageware has a new product on the horizon. Our latest security tool includes zero-day scanning, and it will be a lightweight component that defends all Windows Servers, including Exchange, Sharepoint, and Azure Application VMs, from threats.

Watch next year for an invitation to Trial this new product!

In closing, I’d like to wish you a Happy Holiday and a Healthy 2022,

Mark
